Accounts Manager - Financial Services - Mumbai - (5+ Years)

An exciting opportunity of an Accounts Manager with a leading global Credit Bureau & Information Services company involved in providing data and analytical tools to clients around the world. For this leadership profile, our clients are looking for tenured professional who comes from B2B Sales/Solutions Sales/Consultative sales/ Enterprise sales/corporate banking. You would be responsible for evaluating sales opportunities and business case presentation for new and existing clients in India.

 Location:Mumbai (P.S. – This role is going to be based out of Mumbai eventually – as of now its remote working)

 Responsibilities: 

  1. Evaluating sales opportunities and business case presentation for new and existing clients in India and expanding the market penetration.

  2. Putting product / technical knowledge to commercial use and preparing estimates and tenders in accordance with sales and pricing policy.

  3. Managing the customers through driving high standards of customer service and satisfaction throughout all areas of the business.

  4. Demonstrating high account management standards to ensure customer satisfaction

  5. Benchmarking the collection for regularly benchmarking product against source, data and competitors.

  6. Assuring the compliance with all regulatory requirements of areas of regulated businesses for which he/she is responsible.

  7. Taking accountability for completing projects (for which he/she is responsible) on time and conforming to the standards set.

 

Requirements:

  1.  B tech Graduate with MBA. 5-10 years of experience in Consultative sales/ IT Solutions sales background across BFS, Fintech companies or Payment gateways, Corporate Banking.

  2. Proven experience in Business Growth, Business Development and Lending cycle management with either a traditional lending company or a Bank.

  3. Strong experience in managing small – mid size teams; and engaging with internal teams like Product and Operations.

  4. Strong record of enhancing customer engagement and surpassing the revenue & profitability and targets for the organization.

  5. Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
