Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and deploy advanced Generative AI and ML solutions to enhance financial analytics products.
  2. Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and Agentic AI systems to automate complex workflows.
  3. Fine-tune foundation and small language models (SLMs) for domain-specific applications.
  4. Collaborate with global business and technology teams to transform analytical challenges into AI-driven insights.
  5. Deploy scalable solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring code quality, automation, and performance.
  6. Evaluate new AI trends, frameworks, and techniques to strengthen enterprise AI capabilities.

Requirements:

  1. 4–7 years of overall experience in software or AI development, with at least 2 years in AI/ML-focused projects.
  2. Expertise in Python, data structures, algorithms, and scalable design principles.
  3. Proven experience with GenAI frameworks, fine-tuning LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI design.
  4. Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps/CI-CD practices.
  5. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across global and cross-functional teams.
  6. Exposure to NLP, knowledge graphs, or ML Ops will be an added advantage.
