AM- Performance Reporting & Insights (10+ Years)
Looking for a professional having experience in IT, people management and performance management and reporting and also team handling. If you are the person with same background, read on!
Your Employer: A leading, global group with a strong foothold in specialty financial services serving millions of customers across the full spectrum.
- Ensure measurable targets are set annually for objectives arising from the annual business plan and that systems/processes are in place for the performance management of these
- Managing the reporting team and provide them with appropriate professional support and guidance
- Working with the Senior Management to provide performance reports
- Networking with colleagues with corresponding duties in other BU’s to ensure the team remains aware of, and is using, best practice and tools in performance management
- Participating in personal training and development, including the appraisal process
- 12-15 years of experience in IT
- At least 2-3 years of experience in people management
- People management experience of minimum 2 years which must include performance management, mentoring, coaching
- Strong analytics background, must have worked in MI, Data Analytics roles
- Power BI and VBA are good to have
- Prior Experience: 2-4 years of work experience in financial sector
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
