Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  2. Proven experience in non-IT recruitment, with a focus on mid to senior level hiring
  3. Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
