Assistant Manager- Quality Assurance – 4 to 7 years
The client is looking for accurate and result- driven professional with relevant experience and expertise in insurance industry with managerial experience to compile data and analyze various resource for risk management when evaluating insurance application.

Undertaking Quality Assurance / Monitoring reviews in line with group policies and procedures.
Suggesting corrective actions/ remedial measures to business.
Interpreting clauses of insurance and reinsurance contracts with specific emphasis on scope, coverage and limitations.
Reviewing and comparing policy wordings across different classes of business for addressing any procedural breaches caused during the placement process.
Understanding market practice which impact broking activities.
Understanding group and companies’ procedures.
Post graduate with 4 + years of experience in Law or Management or Insurance.
Experience of working in roles similar to Quality Assurance / Compliance monitoring/ placement audits/ Front end client handling/ Placement in general insurance product for at least good period of time.
Qualification or certification in insurance ACII or FIII or CPCU would be an added advantage.
