Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition – Human Resource (5-8 years)
Looking for a person who is required to manage the entire lifecycle of recruitment to ensure smooth delivery of day to day transactions.

- Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
➢ Manage, train and evaluate our team of recruiters
Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates)
Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire
➢ Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews, and communication)
Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement Must-Have Skills ➢ Proven experience for at least 2 years as talent acquisition leader and overall, 5 to 7 years of recruitment experience (ecommerce is preferable)
Bachelors/master’s degree in any discipline
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding
Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
➢ Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
➢ Excellent communicator
