Assistant Vice President – Zonal Training (West)
Job opportunity in Ahmedabad for Assistant Vice President. In this role you will be responsible for managing Sales Training and other training initiative for Bancassurance Channel.

- Guiding coaching and retaining the employees along with monitoring them and providing inputs to the team
- Co creating and implementing “ Go to Market” Strategy along with the sales team
- Upskilling the sales team so that requires training requirements of their respective clusters and branches are met
- Leveraging the technology by driving traffic to E-learning /Microsite
- Owning the implementation and successful execution of National and Regional Level Initiatives
- Coaching & developing the by organizing various demo sessions and training sessions
- Qualified Master in Business Administration
- Experience of 10 + years with 5 to 7 years’ experience of training and team management
- Result oriented and customer centric having excellent knowledge of Life Insurance Products
- Certification – LIII or AIII preferred
- Strong Project Management skills, analytical skills and problem solving skills
- Effectively managing multiple stakeholders
