Assistant Vice President – SRM CoE – 8 to 12 Years – Pune (Hybrid)
Summary –
We are seeking an experienced professional to join as AVP – Supplier Relationship Management Centre of Excellence (SRM CoE), responsible for managing supplier risk, performance, and compliance in line with organizational standards and third-party policies. The role involves oversight of supplier controls, contract management, performance monitoring, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure governance, efficiency, and strategic alignment with business goals.

Pune (Hybrid)
Responsibilities –
• Manage and execute supplier control processes, ensuring adherence to risk, performance, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet procurement and governance requirements.
• Conduct supplier performance reviews, monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide insights on supplier risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
• Lead and coach team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements –
• 8–12 years of experience in Supplier Relationship Management, Third Party Risk Management, or Procurement Governance.
• Strong understanding of supplier performance frameworks, contract management, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to analyze data, present insights, and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; knowledge of Tableau, MS Access, or advanced analytics tools preferred.
