Designation- Associate Director-Fund Management(10-15years)

Location- Mumbai

What is in it for you ?

The recruit will be responsible for quantitative and qualitative research spanning across investment portfolio and products. Candidates with strong experience of portfolio analytics and manager research covering Mutual funds, AIFs, PMS, InVITs, REITs, ULIPs and Retirement funds are preferred.

Job requirements

The candidate shall be well versed with various investment products with a sound understanding of regulations governing these investment products and shall have demonstrated experience of working with institutional investors.

Role and responsibility

  • Ensure seamless execution of existing assignments and projects with focus on maintaining quality & timely delivery to clients.
  • Candidate should have strong ability to interpret client and market needs to drive agenda for developing new products and research solutions, preferably in the form of technology platforms.
  • Author and publish articles, impact notes to showcase thought-leadership and build franchise for the business
  • Deliver presentations to clients and internal committees
  • Scale up the funds research business by providing support in preparing proposals, as well as managing execution through a team of analysts
  • Connect with market participants, as required, for obtaining critical insights and market intelligence relevant for business growth

Experience

10 -15 years of research experience with a research agency / asset manager / wealth manager

Qualification

MBA or CA; CFA / FRM will be added advantage

Skills

  • Proven ability to interact with senior management at client end
  • Experience in both soliciting business as well as leading the execution of assignments
  • Experience in implementation of research solution on technology platform
  • Experience in managing people/teams
  • Ability to think out of the box and come out with innovative solutions/ideas
  • Ability to structure and write high-quality reports
  • Excellent oral communication and presentation skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to work across teams within tight deadlines
