Job opportunity in Bangalore for Leader - Talent Acquisition looking for passionate leaders who can work can work specifically in the area of Talent Acquisition Strategy development.

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

- Strategizing talent acquisition, along with planning and defining hiring needs with stakeholder

- Helping stakeholders to make responsive decisions, while understanding the commercial and regulatory drivers of the business

- Identifying and developing the solutions that enable talent acquisition practice

- Owning the recruitment process and influence full cycle recruitments

- Managing resource planning, budgeting and optimal utilization of TA budget

- Enhancing the sourcing strategy by working closely with business leaders to influence and deliver quality assessment

- Mapping the right set of people and leveraging different sources and recruiting technology to connect with board and diverse talent network

- Improvising the process in terms of managing the recruitment lifecycle

- Managing the vendors, negotiating the contracts and partnering closely with external source for overall Talent Acquisition process

- Managing employer branding by collaborating with Cross functional teams

Qualifications:

- Qualified Master in Business Administration having

- 10+ years of extensive experience in Talent Acquisition 4 years in leading the Talent Acquisition practice for an organization

- Extensive experience of managing the stakeholders across geographies

- Experience to work independently and execute multiple tasks simultaneously in high pressure environment
