The person would be responsible for designing research studies using a variety of secondary
research methodologies and analytical techniques.
The person would be responsible for managing client discussions.
They will be responsible for delivering projects and executing tasks like analytical planning, survey analysis, expert interview moderation, generation of insights from research data.
Responsible for analyzing
current research and statistical techniques and for evaluating
the latest research developments.
Engaging with vendors on a regular basis to keep the database updated and content refreshed.
One should hold hands of exposure of
Primary and secondary research in the automotive segment.
One should be able to manage a large team
and should hold strong domain knowledge of auto and auto components segment and specifically new trends like Electric Vehicles and other alternate fuels.
Responsible for collecting
data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
One should hold hands of exposure of optimize hiring cost and use sophisticated applicant tracking systems.
Experience in leveraging a Referral network in a corporate environment.
One should hold great exposure of stakeholder managements.
Develop appropriate channels and external events to roll out employer branding.
