Job Opportunity in Gurgaon for a professional who can take up the role as AVP Events holding experience of around 12 to 18 years. As a AVP – Events you will be part of Admin team and will be responsible for managing in house events.

- Managing and organizing the meets at national & international level

- Conceptualization the events and procuring all the approvals for conducting to event

- Managing all the vendors and partners for conducting the events

- Designing all the collateral, procurement and materials

- Manage the Budgeting for the events and approvals

- Handling the communication for all the events while creating the buzz in sales environment


- Post graduate with 12 to 18 years of experience in in-house events management required

- Experience in managing the events in terms of Procurement, hospitality and logistics

- Excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships, vendor management & negotiations

- Should be creative in terms of designing collateral and creating the buzz

- Good orientation and networking

- Heavy obligation and handling many stake holders

- Willingness to work in a demanding environment
