AVP - Insurance Operations (16+ Years) - US Shift
Leadership opportunity for an Insurance Operations management professional who will be overseeing SLA delivery, managing relevant stakeholders and the incumbent will be some who will be managing managers. If this sounds interesting, read on!
Shift Timing: 4.30 PM – 1.30 AM
Your Employer: A leading, global group with a strong foothold in specialty insurance and re-insurance services serving millions of customers across the full spectrum
Working with the organization to achieve the agreed SLAs, ideate and drive process improvements, calibrate and streamline processes across similar functions and mentor team members
Process Management & Improvement
Responsible for delivering on complex cases in the team with accuracy thereby ensuring client satisfaction
Ensuring up-skilling of teams as per requirement
Escalating delays and queries appropriately after due investigation
Managing process related issues and changes
Graduate profession with minimum 16+ years of experience in any BPO/KPO/BFSI industry
5+ years of latest experience with BFSI Client/Industry handling operations
8+ years of people management experience
Comfortable working in US Shift 4.30 pm – 1.30 am
Should be well versed in relationship skills
Proficiency in MS Excel
Excellent communication skills and leadership skills
