Brand Manager - Edtech/FMCG/FMCD - Hyderabad - 10+ years

Location: Hyderabad (On-site)

On the look out for a brand champion coming with 10+ years of relevant professional work experience of managing high-growth brands preferably from a FMCG, Education or FMCD background.

You will working on the brand manual, colors, positioning etc and are expected to have a great deal of experience in traditional marketing through channels including radio, TV, print, outdoor advertising.

  1. Adorning the hat of a brand champion to ensure brand integrity in all respects.

  2. Working on brand manual, brand colours, positioning, brand SOV, research, identity and equity.

  3. Ensuring a positive brand perception across platforms.

  4. Creating marketing calendars, working with agency partners for managing the brand campaigns and measuring the success metrics.

  5. Contributing to the the brand planning process. 

  6. Aligning the cross-functional teams like product, sales, HR with the brand vision.

  7. Leading the development of brand strategies and objectives for building and executing year-round brand engagement through partnerships, social media, fan conventions and other marketing vehicles.

  8. Utilizing category and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation in product development and marketing initiatives.

  9. Media Planning and buying.


  1. Graduation/Post-Graduation with 10+ years of relevant brand or traditional marketing experience with either FMCG, FMCD or an edtech organization.

  2. Good cross-functional exposure. 

  3. Should have prior experience of launching new products in existing markets or existing products in new markets or new product in a new market. 

  4. Prior experience of facilitating product iterations or new product development. 

  5. Good communication and influencing skills.
