Here is an exciting opportunity for the position of Business analyst Scrum master having experience in Business analysis, scrum and content management system along with the expertise in planning and designing business processes. The person would be responsible in solution designing developing new and existing content supporting internal teams.

Roles & responsibilities:-
Expertise in Scrum Master is must
Assisting in planning and designing business processes; assists in formulating recommendations to improve and support business activities. Solution designing for new projects.
Developing new and existing content supporting internal teams for standard exception documentation working closely with SMEs
Writing business requirement documents, mapping documents and functional specifications in the form of user stories/ Features.
Creating user cases or user personas Create a detailed impact analysis document and explain the technical teams scope of work
Maintain, review and update the business standards documentation
Creating high quality requirements and process documents.
Assisting in analyzing and documenting client's business requirements and processes; communicates these requirements to technical personnel by constructing basic conceptual data and process models, including data dictionaries and volume estimates.
Assisting in creating basic test scenarios to be used in testing the business applications in order to verify that client requirements are incorporated into the system design
Assists in developing and modifying systems requirements documentation to meet client needs.
Requirements:-
1) experience in Business Analysis, Scrum master and CMS is must.
