Role: Senior Business Analyst, Healthcare Practice
Your Employer: A trusted advisor to many of the world’s most respected organizations and a leading Executive Search firm, with more than 69 offices in 41 countries spanning Europe, the Americas, Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Africa.
Key activities include proactive knowledge capture, distribution and development for the firm's multiple knowledge management platforms, as well as the provision of assistance and advice to Consultants and Experts on relevant resources, best practice and latest thinking.
The team also manages efforts focused on market research and business development through publication of reports as well as analysis of our clients
Collaborating with different teams across organization’s offices on assignments, e.g., building target list of companies, identifying potential candidates for the assignment, assisting in market mapping and market analysis.
Generating client deliverables e.g. status reports, mapping reports, pitch packs, long lists, candidate profiles etc.
Proactively monitoring and tracking relevant market developments, tracking people moves, following critical company developments and disseminating the information in a targeted manner.
Building repository of knowledge on the sector/industry, creating org charts, managing people moves and sector movements
Develop specialist knowledge into sector trends, compensation data and characteristics of the sector
What you need to have:
2-5 years of professional experience in Industry, Consulting or Research with deep knowledge of the Healthcare Services Industry at large, its competitive landscape including the very latest trends
Experience of working on international engagements in a professional services environment
Openness to travelling once a year if need be
A self-starter with learning agility, engaging remotely, thought partnering, critical thinking, eye for detail, conceptual thinking
Superior verbal and written communication skills and expertise with MS-Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
