Position – Business Development -Inside Sales

This role will be responsible for expanding the company’s clientele (Healthcare Research and Insights team). Their goal should be   to drive sustainable growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.


Location – Multiple Locations

Your Future Employer is a global data and insights firm with its delivery centers in Mumbai , Gurgaon and Kolkata in India .


Responsibilities –

  1. Major duties include Inside Sales activities like lead generation; requirement gathering, presenting demos, providing sales support, and thus selling company’s services to target customers in the international markets.
  2. Prospecting, qualifying and converting leads.
  3. Outbound calling to MENA, US and Europe for qualifying leads and converting them into meetings for the Sales Team
  4. Writing emails, follow ups, campaigns and CRM database management 
  5. Consulting services experience, plus open to dialing for other sectors and regions


Requirements -


  1. Experience in working in shifts – MENA Shift mandatory.
  2. Relevant experience of 3-5 years and proven performance records
  3. Experience in working for Consulting/Market Research Business Development.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  5. Communication and negotiation skills
