Chief Manager-Customer Servicing -Life Insurance (8+ Years)

Looking for a professional with 8+ yrs. of experience in customer servicing and distribution channel in the domain of life insurance. Having good experience in audit support induction and agent on boarding in operations sector of the organization

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for Customer On Boarding, ECS /eNACH registration and Collection / (MFYP/Persistency)
  • Working on Customer Service and Agent On Boarding
  • Providing Audit Support to Channel and setting up New Office
  • Overviewing S2S/S2R S2D

Requirements:

  • Must be a MBA/Post Graduate in Management domain
  • Having minimum of 8 years of experience,  in Operations and / or Customer Service
  • Have experience of managing Operations and / or Customer Service preferably in banking, telecom or MNC service companies
  • Holding a managerial position for at least 5 years
