Conga CLM Administrator – Insurance Industry – Gurgaon-3+ experience

Looking out for IT professional having 3 + years of experience in Salesforce Administrator committed to ensuring that networks using the salesforce/ Conga CLM.  and other tools run smoothly and effectively to provide better support to the sales and customer success teams and the entire business.

You will be responsible for B2B or B2B2C Legal and/ or sales environment within a multinational/ global organization, exposure in project management implementing and driving change/collaboration tool for Sales with adjacent functions, such as Legal, Compliance and Underwriting.

Responsibilities:

  1. Working in SalesForce and Conga CLM, Designing New Contract Life Cycle Management System using CLM.

  2. Working Experience in a B2B or B2B2C Legal and/ or sales environment within a multi-national/ global organization/interacting within a matrix organization.

  3. Developing custom applications using the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Force.com.

  4. Implementing pragmatic / workable solutions/Projects and driving required changes.

  5. Coaching, training and developing user teams to optimise the use of Conga CLM and/or Salesforce.

  6. Implementing changes, Configurating the system, Improving the system, and working on Process Automation using Salesforce.

Requirements: -

  1. IT Graduate/Engineer having 3 + years of experience in Salesforce Administrator/CLM Administrator.

  2. Must exposure with Global Organizations working on Contract Life Cycle Management System.

  3.  Experience on SalesForce in User Access Management, implement changes as required, Configuration, Improvement in system, Process Automation.

  4. Prior experience in Reports and Dashboards, Validation Rules, Users, Roles and Profiles Deployments (Change sets), Workflow Rules, Approval Process, Sandbox, Refreshments, Apex Data Loader, Import Wizards, Packages, Custom Apps, Custom Labels, Sharing Settings, Communication Templates etc.

  5. Good communication and influencing skills.
