Consultant - Level D ( 2+ years)
Location –Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi/NCR
Looking for professionals having experience 2 to 6 of Talent Management and Human Resources. You will be working extensively on Project Management, Delivery and Business Development in HR Consulting space.

Responsibilities:
Support project delivery across consulting solutions such as Organization Structuring, Manpower Planning
Experience in Performance Management System Design, incentive design (short-term and long-term), employee engagement, HR due diligence, post-merger integration, etc.
Support project management aspects like project planning, tracking project progress, scheduling meetings, etc.
Develop solutions based on client needs and prepare proposals and submissions based on client requests
Requirements:
Candidates from Tier 1 /2 college are preferred
Relevant work experience in HR function of 3 to 6 years
Prior consulting experience will be preferred
