Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager – Transitions – Pune (5+ years)
Jobs opportunity for a working professional holding at least 5 years of experience in leading or managing end to end transitions – assume complete ownership of transition deliverables.

Responsibilities:
Leading / managing end-to-end transitions – assume complete ownership of transition deliverables
Thorough project planning – creation of detailed transition plans, RACI, identifying interlinkages/ dependencies and key risks
Co-ordination and collaborative working with various functions – HR, training, technology, operations etc. to ensure timely execution of deliverables
Ensuring key transition documents like risk log, action log, change requests, governance / review presentations, minutes of meetings etc. are maintained and shared in a timely manner
Adherence to the transition’s framework
Timely escalation of risks/ issues/ conflicts and any other areas that need support
Requirements:
Excellent project management skills applied to wide range and number of project types, complexities, domains and geographies
Bachelor’s degree (graduate) in any discipline
Self-starter, independent, initiator, strong organizational, presentation, interpersonal and consultative skills is a must
Deep understanding of the different aspects of BPO business – QA, MIS, SLA, Base-lining, etc.
PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
Knowledge and/or experience or certifications in Six Sigma or Green belt / black belt is a plus
