Senior Manager/Chief Manager-Content Design- Gurgaon – (4+ Years)
Location: Gurgaon
Looking for a professional with 4+ yrs. Of experience in creating content for various formats of learning such as classroom training, e-learning, Video-based, Role Plays, Case-studies and Simulation by collaborating with Subject Matter Experts, Content reviews, conducting TNI & TTT, developing content decks and storyboards and Managing stakeholders in Insurance Domain.

Responsibilities
Working on Instructional Design /Content Design.
Designing and developing instructor-led training programs using company styles, standards, and development tools.
Creating role-plays, case-studies, activities, exercises, assessments, simulation-content etc.
Creating Storyboards for e-learning and Video-based content.
Ensuring that all information is consistent, easy to understand, and well organized
Reviewing, proofreading and editing own work and work of others to improve quality, consistency, and effectiveness
Working alongside the team in order to develop the complete solution
Conducting TNI and TTT
Aligning and Managing stakeholders
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in creating content in BFSI sector
Any Graduate (preferably B. Com) and Certification in Instructional Design or related field.
Candidates from insurance are preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills
