Manager-Training (Digital Content Designer)- Ecommerce/Logistics-Pune - 5+ years

Roles and Responsibilities
Training Need, LMS, training management, Learning and Development, Training and Development.
Designing, Developing, Planning, Implementing, and Assessing training documentation.
Developing a courseware, performance support aids, online tutorials, lesson and curriculum planning and/or other training materials including gaming modules, learning videos and content simplification.
Rephrasing and organizing the content to meet the learning/Training needs which includes instructional text, audio/video scripts etc.
Requirements
5+ experience in Content designing and development and 2+ experience in Instructional Designing
Having experience in Vyond, Articulate studio/storyline/Articulate 360, Camtasia, knowledge of Basic, MS Office including advanced PowerPoint skills (ability to create macros within PowerPoint), InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamwaver and Visio.
Experience in ILT to WBT conversion, Quality Check, Assessment creation, Gamification, High- and Low-level design, Storyboard
