DEPUTY MANAGER- AUTOMATION (5+yrs)
Manager -Transactional Quality and Automation (5+ years). A varied role for professionals having minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analytics and quality assurance. Knowledge of Insurance, ACL & Python.

Responsibilities:
Ensuring system is built in conjunction with policy contract and F&U.
Getting corrections done by POS within agreed timelines
Tracking of defects for end to end closure
Data analytics (Excel , Python and Power point)
Facilitating discussion around identified gaps and deploying corrective as well as preventive action
Reporting of non-compliant tasks to management
Liaise with other key stakeholders such as Products, Actuaries, IT, Renewals, Finance, marketing to ensure that all timely decision is taken to reduce the impact of certain defects/gaps
Fulfil audit requirements related to regulators, internal audit & other external audits
Development of automation rules through python
Implementation of RPA using multiple technologies
Analyzing requirements and prioritizing basis the criticality
Ensuring UAT is completed within timelines
Requirements:
Graduate , preferably with professional qualification
Must have 5-8 yrs. of experience.
Good knowledge of Insurance concepts and data analytics
Necessary corrective & preventive actions are deployed within agreed timelines
Adequate controls are deployed to detect gaps in key operational processes
Knowledge of 100% documentation of processes & company guidelines
