CRM Marketing/Customer Experience - Edutech - Mumbai

Urgent hiring for Senior Manager/Director position for CRM marketing with minimum 8 years of experience. An incumbent coming with background of working across retention and loyalty programs will be a right fit.

Location - Mumbai ( Currently - WFH )


Roles & Responsibility - 

- Leading a team to create the world's finest coding curriculum for children between the age of 6 to 16.

- Lead a team to train and engage teachers in delivering the curriculum.

- Leading product/technology to deliver the curriculum and teaching experience. This includes world-class gamification, community and engagement.

- Deep passion for re-inventing education.

- An in-depth understanding of activity-based teaching-learning methods with a strong knowledge of pedagogies to teach 21st Century Skills.

- Prior experience of curriculum creation and teaching/training pedagogy is preferred.

- Operational Leadership roles are a huge advantage as the leader will lead a team of hundreds of people.

- Aggressive: - Take no prisoners- approach. The founder is extremely driven and aggressive, and the curriculum director should have the same all-consuming drive.

- Systems Thinking: Create strong and out of the box curriculum to build a rocket-ship.
