Looking for a eDiscovery/Managed Review Director to head operational performance of Discover Team across India. In this role you will be responsible for delivering every aspect of document review.

Responsibilities:
Providing proactive, creative project leadership for eDiscovery related engagements
Designing processes, controls and policies in line with business requirements and deriving Operational Excellence
Onboarding, training and continually improving delivery team members
Managing costs, schedules, quality and consistency in accordance with project requirements and procedures.
Delivering the Managed Review tasks and projects on time
Requirements:
Experience of 15+ years, having 5+ years in managing document review/ eDiscovery
LLB /LLM and qualified lawyer
Excellent experience in team management and handling the operational activities with in eDiscovery role
Highly organized
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Ability to independently manage communication with internal stakeholders and clients)
Good understanding of Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal to no supervision
Superior attention to detail and intellectual curiosity
Interest to learn complex subject matter across an array of business sectors
Excellent & logical problem solving skills
