Leadership Role - 3PL Sales - Freight Shipping (Less Than Truck Load)/(Partial Truck Load) - 7years+
An interesting opportunity for individual having more than 7years of experience in Sales, Business Development B2B and Freight & Logistics. One having experience in SCM management and logistics (PTL/FTL). Individual having good understanding of the traditional 3PL business – prevailing customers needs, pricing, 3PL competition landscape will be a good fit for the role.

- Designing and implementing of the GTM and helping senior leadership for building the business plan.
- Hiring and building the sales team from scratch and building the sales plan along with targets and incentive.
- Understanding the customer requirements and developing business requirements which then will be used by the product team to build features and product.
- Developing the GTM strategies for the B2B (LTL) business.
- Strong business acumen and P&L experience in managing multiple priorities - strategic and tactical
- Developing a deep understanding of operations, client servicing, billing and collections etc.
