Position –    Delivery Manager, eCommerce

You will be responsible for seller management for new projects. Will work with multiple team leads to ensure on budget, on time delivery.

Location – India

Your future employer -  a global data and insights firm, with delivery centers in Mumbai, Kolkata and Gurgaon. Our clients are spread across US, Europe, Asia Pacific and India. We are funded by a US based private equity fund.

Responsibilities –

  1. Responsible for delivery management of new projects. Will work with multiple team leads to ensure on budget, on time delivery
  2. Managing client expectations and communication
  3. Managing quality control through effective processes and ensure SLA compliance
  4. Ensuring compliance with internal systems and quality policies
  5. Identify opportunities to enhance productivity via automation and process improvements
  6. Executing pilots for new clients 

Requirements –

  1. Experience in managing large teams and multiple clients. A strong background in project and process management is essential.
  2. Experience in Seller Account management is mandatory with experience in working across multiple marketplaces managing services including but not limited to:
    1. Catalog listing and enrichment on marketplaces in the US, MENA and India region
    2. Worked on creation of A+ Content/Rich Content
    3. Driven end to end PPC campaigns and strategies across platforms
    4. Exposure to short offline product video creation is an added advantage.
