Responsibilities –

Develop and present timely experience reports to assess client financial status, including expenses, funding levels, and benefit plan rates.

Analyze financial and performance data to generate forecasts, support rate negotiations, and prepare client-ready reports highlighting trends and insights.

Estimate reserves for Incurred But Not Reported (IBNR) claims, ensuring alignment with actuarial standards and financial stability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support renewal strategies and client meetings with data-backed recommendations.

Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines while managing multiple deliverables independently.
Requirements –

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or Actuarial Science.

1–3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis within the US or Indian Health Insurance domain.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel (including VBA) and applied statistics.

Demonstrated ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.

Excellent communication, logical reasoning, and time management skills.
