An exciting opportunity for a professional having 15 years of experience. Our client is looking for someone who has hands-on experience in Automation, Application Support, and Continuous Improvement. One should have experience in program management, stakeholder management, and managerial experience is the ideal fit for the job.

Ability to understand the key drivers of Automations for business users and able to identify opportunities to work with the automation team.
Ability to manage the teams located in various geographic locations.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and within budget.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Create and maintain comprehensive project/Program documentation including Project Plan.
Report and escalate to management as needed and act as a mentor for the team.
Communicate with stakeholders regularly on the progress and status of outstanding trouble tickets.
Work closely with the project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.
Develop and manage the budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.
Work with other Project managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.
Minimum 15 years of experience in a corporate IT environment with at least 2 years experience in Program Management
Experience in Application Support, Automation, and Continuous Improvement
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in an offhore-onsite team environment
Excellent managerial skills and expertise in Project/Program management. Should have led medium to large sized teams in the area of Development, Maintenance and Support.
Proven record of accomplishment for running the Continuous Service Improvement Initiatives.
Exposure/Experience in Handling medium to large-scale service Transitions.
Self-starter with excellent organizational, time management skills, and analytical capabilities with proven record of accomplishment to adapt to new technologies/Processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite , Planview, Service now or related productivity tools
Proficient in incident/problem management processes.
Project management Professional (PMP), ITIL, CSM certification is preferred.
