Group Manager – Qualitative (Primary) Research – FMCG & Retail (12+ years)
Job opportunity for a working professional havingat least 12 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative consumer market research with major focus on QUALITATIVE experience, focus group writing up, experience of idea testing, concept testing and communication testing.

Responsibilities:
Qualitative and Quantitative market research experience in consumer domain
Can design ad hoc research: assessing objectives, designing research to objectives, creating discussion guide frame or questionnaire, can assess results and summaries learnings effectively, can read data tables seek insight from raw qual or quant data
Should have experience in Focus group writing and idea testing, concept testing and communication testing
Appreciation and understanding of how to read numerical data/take key insights. Good storytelling of key research results
Likely to be working currently in a market research agency
Requirements:
MBA (marketing), M.A Economics, M.A / M.Sc. Statistics/Mathematics
Experienced with digital / DIY research platforms
Able to synthetize and reframe data from a broad range of sources, into clear frameworks and recommendations that drive business action
Experience managing insight vendor/ agency relationships
Proficient at Excel, with excellent numerical reasoning skills
Soft Skills:
Agile and flexible, with a fast learner ability.
Well organized and independent.
Able to work well with a broad range of people and manage demanding stakeholders.
Customer Orientation, ensure high quality result and meet client requirement
Self-disciplined and proactive personal
Excellent written and spoken English
