Manager – US Benefits – HR Operations (13+ Years)

 

Job opportunity in Mumbai for leading large non-IT and IT recruitment experience need operational experience (client operational) for US and UK market.

Location: Mumbai (Night Shift)

 

Your Employer:

 

A multinational company that provides consulting and processing services and has a very strong foothold in the industry.

 

Responsibilities:

·         Creating end to end HR outsourcing solution focusing on key solution tenants and leverage digital to create a compelling solution
·         Driving and compiling leading practices, and process design considerations incorporating build to operate efficiency design principles
·         Designing customized HR solutions & lead client workshops – solution presentation and solution orals
 
 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 13 + years of experience in Human Resources consulting & Solution

  • Worked on HRIS cloud-based technologies like Workday, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow

  • End to End knowledge of HR function with mandatory experience in EDM/WFDA as well (Employee Data Management)

  • Should have at least managed 100 FTE

  • Should have done international recruitment like tapping into the US and UK markets
