HTML Email Developer – 3+ Years – Bangalore/Gurgaon

Join a fast-moving analytics team to build dynamic, personalized messaging across email, push, and in-app using Braze and Liquid. You’ll partner with lifecycle marketing, product, and engineering to ship scalable, data-driven communications that improve engagement and retention.

Location: Gurgaon/Bangalore

Responsibilities:

1. Define and monitor success metrics to measure program impact and guide decisions.
2. Build and maintain scalable templates using Liquid for email, push, and in-app messages in Braze.
3. Implement complex personalization using user attributes, custom events, and segmentation.
4. Collaborate with lifecycle marketing, product, and engineering to support campaign execution.
5. Optimize templates for performance, rendering, and personalization accuracy.
6. Troubleshoot and debug Liquid logic and template issues end-to-end.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years’ experience in email or lifecycle marketing development.
2. Proficiency with Liquid templating and dynamic content logic.
3. Strong HTML/CSS with responsive email development expertise.
4. Hands-on experience with Braze or similar platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Adobe).
5. Familiarity with customer data structures, segmentation, and personalization strategies; bonus for Braze Canvas, Connected Content, JSON/REST API integrations, and performance analysis.
