Inside Sales Specialist (Software/LMS) - Ed-tech/E-Learning - Bangalore - 2+ years

Looking out for a inside sales professional having atleast 2 years of work experience selling LMS or software solutions ideally having cumulative B2B as well as B2C exposure.

You will be responsible for building the right pipeline and chasing the revenue goals in a B2B setup..

Location: Bangalore (On-site)

Responsibilities: 

  1. Prospecting and closing new logos to drive the business growth.

  2. Qualifying the leads, converting to opportunities and closing deals for new business in existing customer accounts while maintaining visibility over the account activity.

  3. Creating, implementing and owning the expansion pipeline.

  4. Networking within customer accounts to navigate through the corporate supply chain and identifying the right opportunities.

  5. Meeting potential clients and decision makers from various industry backgrounds for demo presentation.

  6. Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluating customer needs.

  7. Partnering with Customer Success team to ensure a smooth transition for the closed deals.

  8. Ensuring adherence to the sales process and maintaining transparency throughout.

  9. Articulating the value proposition of the LMS after taking a good stock of the competitive landscape.

  10. Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual revenue as well as customer acquisition goals.

Requirements:

  1. Graduate/Post-graduate with 2-3 years of experience selling SAAS products or software solutions. 

  2. Hands-on experience using CRM and other sales enablement tools.

  3. Hunter mentality and a keen eye for detail to identify the possible match between the client needs and the solutions on offer.

  4. Comfortable with an individual contributor role.

  5. Good communication and articulation skills.

  6. Comfortable working in a start-up environment.
