IT Security operations – cloud security (AWS/Azure) – 5- 9 Years – Mumbai

An exciting opportunity for the one having 5+ years of overall experience and at least 3+ years of experience in IT Security and good exposure in cloud security. In this role, person is expected to run the IT Security function independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with Leadership to maintain/review and update firm wide IT Security policies

  • Leading IT security projects including design, plan, and implementation of security infrastructure & solution and ensure that they are delivered in agreed timelines

  • Working with Technology leadership to create cutting edge IT security strategy, architecture, and processes for the group

  • Writing security-related documents, such as incident reports, proposals

  • Conducting cloud security readiness assessments and analysis of prospective cloud platforms / environments prior to broader deployments or adoption

  • Responsible for the security landscape including, but not limited to, CASB, Proxy, SWG, EDR/XDR, intrusion detection and/or prevention, firewall, SIEM, SSL and other general cloud security components

  • Leading/managing SOC team

  • Leading validation of BCP & DR as per the plans and liaise with stakeholders.

 

Requirements:

 

  • 5+ years of overall experience.

  • Should have experience of running/managing SOC team

  • Experience on Cloud security is a MUST (Azure preferred, AWS works): WAF, SWG, CASB, IAM, SASE, Reverse Proxy, Cloud Security Architecture

  • Managing day to day IT security tools like EDR, DLP, CASB etc.

  • Knowledge on configuration of Firewall, IPS, WAF, DDoS

  • Knowledge on Penetration testing and Vulnerability assessment.
