JIRA Service desk application Specialist opportunity for a professional holding at least 5 years of experience in Azure Cloud. Collaborating with PMO and Stakeholders as SME on Jira Service Desk configuration, processes, best practices;
Implementing, configuring and managing complex admin configuration elements including project workflows, screen schemes, fields scheme permission scheme, notification schemes, dashboards reports and key 3rd party add-ons;
Providing user account onboard, manage user groups;
Troubleshooting and support;
Diagnose general IT issues;
Manage app performance and availability.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or extensive experience in the related field;
At least 3+ years of experience with the configuration and administration of Atlassian Products such as JIRA , Jira Service Desk, Confluence (certification would be a plus);
Overall experience of 10+ years
Experience with using, installing, and configuring Atlassian Marketplace plugins (eg.
EmailThisIssue, ElementsConnect, TimeToSLA, ScriptRunner (good to have), etc);
Experience in using/extending REST/API Services, Java scripts and HTML; (Must have)
Understanding/ experience on how Jira works on open source software (eg; Dockers, Kubernetes, datadog) – good to have
