Leadership Role - Fulfilment Enterprise Sales - 3PL - Delhi 
 
Hiring for leadership position in sales strategy, customer acquisition and team management for a newly launched fulfilment solution for our client in 3PL services. An incumbent coming with good understanding of Ecommerce business and D2C and offline brands will be a right fit. 
 
Location - Delhi 
 
Roles & Responsibilities - 
 
1) Building sales discipline in the region - daily huddles, weekly tracking, pricing/profit/collections, onboarding funnel, etc.
2) Ability to develop a deep understanding of operations, client servicing, billing and collections etc. and should be able to use this understanding in driving business.
3) Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
4) Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
5) Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
6) Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
 
7) Synergy in working cross teams like sales, finance, product, tech etc. to build deep relationships across functional leaders, such as Client Experience, Operations and Product/Tech
 
Requirements - 
 
1) Good understanding of the ecommerce business– prevailing customer's needs, pricing, 3PL competition landscape etc.
2) Good understanding of the D2C brands, offline brands and ecommerce business.
3) Depth of leadership experience
4) 8+ Experience in sales and business development with at least 5 years in team management.
5) Ability to sell across other business lines also - parcel, FC and Cross border
6) Strong business acumen and P&L experience
7) Strong analytical skills.- Ability to track sales activities, AOP and create reports/ insights that will be presented to senior sales management for use in strategic decision making.
