Manager (Culture & Employer Branding - 5years+ (Bangalore)
Opportunity to drive & devise organization’s Culture & Human Resources, 5+ years of experience into the human resources vertical you’ll use your expertise in strategizing and implementing various engagements, culture building activities, performance management, advising leaders on key people decisions, employee development & retention, etc. while studying the metrics & curating people programs.

- Devising people practices and implementing it at org. level
- Working on Employer Branding activities and initiatives
- Advising leaders through metrics study proposing key inputs into people decisions
- Driving and designing performance management system
- Implementing while improving HR policies and processes
- Managing compensation administration including salary benchmarking
- Curating people programs, employee relations, employee attrition, rewards and recognition programs, etc.
- Bachelors/Masters degree from reputed institutes (tier 1 preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as HR Culture & Engagement
- Experience in HR metrics, HR systems and databases, organizational development preferable
- Effective communicator and facilitator who have the ability to deliver high-quality work, and care about the impact.
