Drive governance on critical human resource metrics such as retention, engagement & cost for a fast paced business.
Operate independently & ensure employee satisfaction & development of the team be leading training, mentoring, HR initiatives and best Practices.
Directly interact with the customer and you should have phenomenal Stakeholder Management skills
Lead the way in implementing change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition and policies
Responsible for HR operations, Employee Relations and Business HR teams.
Understand the business and its challenges to help address the organization and peoples' ask
Deliver short-term solutions while also solving for long-term problems by addressing immediate
challenges and underlying causes
Own/drive HR policies and directives and ensure smooth implementation across the firm.
Full time MBA from tier 1 Institute (MUST) (2013-2016 batch)
Total HR experience: 5-7 years
A strong knowledge of HR Functions and best practices of technology domain
Excellent people management skills
