Manager – Human Resource – 3+ Years of exp.


Job opportunity in Gurgaon who holds good exposure off end-to-end HR role driving implementation of all people practices, employee policies and procedures, onboarding, off-boarding, payroll, compliance and HR systems, holding 3+ years of hard-core experience along with that one who is holding great people management experience as well. One with prior great exposure of People management and HR Domain would be preferred.

One with prior experience of managing Indian and Global business in HR would be preferred.

People from Premium institutes with previous Fintech industry exposure would be mandatory.


YOUR EMPLOYER: A leading Global Fintech organization.


  1. One would be responsible for partnering with the cofounders to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy.

  2. Collaborate with various recruitment agencies and headhunters globally for timely closure of open roles.

  3. Responsible for building and executing the employee onboarding process globally.

  4. Own and execute the payroll, full & final settlement, and any other payments, as applicable to employees globally

  5. Responsible for monitoring and mitigating employee attrition risks.

  6. Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase employee retention

  7. Creating and using the existing HR systems & processes while continuously improving them as necessary.

  8. Executing performance management & compensation programs as needed in partnership with other stakeholders.

  9. Updating monthly audit and compliance dashboards to measure data integrity and ensure appropriate and relevant audit control requirements are met.



  1. Full time MBA from leading B-schools.

  2. Experience with ATS, Sourcing, and Recruitment Marketing tools

  3. Expertise in HR operations across payroll, employee relations, HR policies and compliance.

  4. Strong project and client relationship management skills.

  5. Excellent people management skills.
