Manager – Middle Office Operations (15+ years)
Looking for a professional having experience at least of 15+ years having at least 7 years of experience in operations in financial services/ ITES or off shore processing organizations with proven record of accomplishment in service delivery into solving complex business problems, people issues and drive innovation culture with minimum support and having excellent stakeholder engagement skills. - Delivering to the Customer / Client
- Monitoring SLA management to ensure continuous improvement in delivering value/superior customer experience to stakeholders
- Creating a knowledge environment in the team to ensure continuous learning from members on end-to-end business environment, processes, skills, competencies and create efficiencies for future business opportunities
- Stakeholders Management, Performance Management and People Development, Risk & Compliance
- More than 15 years of experience I handling middle office operations
- Team Manager experience in managing at least 12 colleagues; Policy Servicing (Policy Review specifically) will be given preference.
- Flexible to work in any shifts as per business requirement
- 7 years of experience in operations in financial services/ ITES or off shore processing organizations with proven record of accomplishment in service delivery.
