Customer Support Manager - FinTech unicorn – Bangalore (4+ years’ Experience)

 

Looking for a professional with 4+ years of experience in Customer support functioning and addressing the problems of the customers for the Company and eventually seeking to maximize customer retention, thereby perfecting the profitability of the company for which they work. Ensures all relevant business communications are cascaded in a simple and timely manner.

Location: Bangalore

 

Your Future Employer:A FinTech startup that focuses on providing its businesses to accept, process and disburse payments with its product suite. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures continuous improvement in customer experiences by investigating and addressing root causes.

  • Ensures real time monitoring of dashboards to avoid any backlogs and manages the TAT, SLAs and accuracy.

  • Enables and motivates self & team members to deliver accuracy in data entry, verification & data duping activities within time through continuous support, development and positive reinforcement

  • Reporting and Administration Review and track team attendance and schedule adherence.

  • Addressing Customer queries through Non-Voice channels in the form of Emails and Chat Support

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Experience as Customer Support executive or Manager.

  • Ensures feedback is given to Agents with regards to their performance

  • Ensures real time monitoring of data entry quality and feedback to the agents.

  • Coaching and monitoring of the team in order to ensure the quality of key deliverables meet the appropriate standard.
