This an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist having 4+ years of relevant experience recruiting in the Reinsurance domain. 


Location: Gurgaon

  1. Leading recruitment efforts for the Reinsurance domain. 
  2. Sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates to identify top talent in the field.
  3. Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
  4. Managing candidate pipelines effectively, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
  5. Coordinating interview processes and serving as the primary point of contact for candidates and stakeholders.
  6. Providing regular updates on recruitment progress and contributing to the development of hiring strategies to meet hiring goals efficiently.



  1. Bachelors and Masters in any domain.
  2. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Reinsurance and CAT Modelling hiring.
  3. Demonstrated experience in Reinsurance hiring processes.
  4. Strong understanding of insurance and reinsurance industry practices.
  5. Excellent communication skills.
