Exciting opportunity for Talent Acquisition leader having 5 to 8 years of experience. Role will involve leading campus and lateral Talent Acquisition for leading organisation.

You will lead talent acquisition strategy, ensuring top-notch candidate experiences and effective recruitment processes. Collaborate closely with our Recruitment Specialist to attract, interview, and hire talent through campus and lateral recruitment

  1. Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on campus and lateral hiring.

  2. Developing creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

  3. Partnering with hiring managers to align role expectations and implement best practices.

  4. Enhancing candidate interactions to reflect culture and vision of organisation.

  5. Continuously improving recruitment processes using data-driven insights.

  6. Plan and manage recruitment events, ensuring smooth execution.

  7. Creating employer branding and employee value proposition strategies


  1. 5-8 years of relevant recruitment experience.

  2. Post Graduate preferably in human resource

  3. Strategic thinker with proven experience in fast-paced recruitment, ideally in professional services.

  4. Track record of creating high-caliber candidate experiences and implementing recruitment processes.

  5. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in interview techniques.

  6. Strong understanding of HR concepts and industry trends.
