Manager / Sr. Manager  – Talent Acquisition – Human Resource ( 7-10 years)

 Looking for a person who is required to manage the entire lifecycle of recruitment to ensure smooth delivery of day to day transactions.

 

Location – Gurgaon, India

Responsibilities –

  • Managing IT recruitment process efficiently and effectively, both from a cost as well as a qualitative perspective
  • Collection of all required pre-joining documents and ensuring proper and complete documentation post selection of candidates
  • Initiating and monitoring the background verification process ensuring completion within TAT.

Requirements –

  • experience in hiring – BFSI Domain
  • Experience in IT hiring must
  •  Strong focus on delivery and results with high energy levels
