Job Description

Manager Talent Acquisition based out of Gurgaon, holding 8 to 12 years of experience in handling end-to-end  Tech Hiring recruitments, managing team, planning referral programs, etc. You will use your expertise to resolve bottlenecks in the recruitment process, influence, negotiate with senior stakeholders, etc. If this sounds exciting, apply with us!

  • Handling End-to-end recruitment process
  • Managing complex roles and various domains & skills
  • Conversing & negotiating with senior stakeholders
  • Being proactive and hands-on working as an Individual contributor.
  • Using Workday and other recruitment marketing tools
  • Encouraging employees for referral programs/brand ambassadors
  • Attending college fairs, career events, etc.
  • Maintaining MIS & Dashboards providing support through HR Metrics


  • MBA (preferably in HR)
  • Well-versed with entire recruitment process , should be well versed with Tech Hiring
  • 8+ years of experience of in-depth recruitment cycle and employer branding
  • Well-versed with Workday HRIS
  • A great Team Player
