Manager - Valuations & Advisory (5-7 Years)
Looking for candidate working in client facing role having expertise in financial modelling working in valuations and advisory services role. If this sound interesting, read on!
Location: Gurgaon / Mumbai
Your Employer: Global firm providing diverse research, advisory and valuation services across sectors and markets.
Responsibilities:
Delivering high quality valuation models reports to the discerning global clients. Develop strong working relationships with clients while working on engagements.
Conducting research on industry and analyze financial statements
Requirements:
Relevant experience in financial advisory services primarily in the areas of business valuation, intangible asset valuation, cheap stock options valuation for VC backed companies/ ESOP valuation will be advantage
In-depth knowledge and experience in building and reviewing financial models based on specific business situations
Sound knowledge of Accounting and Corporate finance concepts
Knowledge of utilizing databases such as Thompson Reuters, Bloomberg, Capital IQ, etc. is a must
Demonstrated performance in closing business opportunities/ proposals directly or by closely supporting business development teams or contributing to content production for marketing purposes will be a plus.
Valuation experience with venture capital backed growth stage companies and mid-market companies for US GAAP and tax regulations will be an advantage
