An exciting opportunity  of a National Sales Manager with a leading global Credit Bureau & Information Services company involved in providing data and analytical tools to clients around the world. For this leadership profile our clients are looking for tenured professional who comes from Consultative sales/ Solutions Sales/ Digital Partnerships background across Ecommerce companies that are largely BFS, Fintech companies or Payment gateways. You would be responsible for evaluating sales opportunities and business case presentation for new and existing clients in India expanding market penetration and grow the profits. You would be identifying partnership opportunities in Ecommerce - PayTech, Aggregators, Large Corporates, focusing on on-boarding them for Consumer Credit product offerings and revenue maximization from existing clients The candidate should have minimum of 10 yrs from coming from BFSI background in National Sales/ PAN India role.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Identifying Partnership Opportunities in Ecommerce - PayTech, Aggregators, Large Corporates, focusing on on-boarding them for Consumer Credit product offerings and revenue maximization from existing clients.
  • Manage business P&L and Revenue Generation and launching, building and growing business and Digital partnerships.
  •  Working with Product teams to expand use cases and developing products to solve consumer problems and manage the customer journey.
  • Making Pitches and winning opportunities with other potential partners and constantly engagement with the key relationships at the partner level.
  • Managing customer journey  -driving high standards of customer service and satisfaction
  • Making data backed analytical business decision by predicting, controlling, reducing business risk using data.

 

A SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT:

  • Post graduate in MBA with 10-15 yrs of experience in Consultative sales/ Solutions Sales/ Digital Partnerships background across Ecommerce companies that are largely BFS, Fintech companies or Payment gateways (B2B sales, Digital Lending,Fintech,digital payments).
  • Proven experience un Business Growth, Strategic Alliances , Product Marketing and Product Life Cycle Management.
  • Strong experience in managing small – mid size teams; and engaging with internal teams like Product and Operations.
  • Practical experience in running operations in a fast paced growth environment
  • Strong record of enhancing customer engagement and surpassing the revenue & profitability and targets for the organization.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
  • Proactive, independent, hungry, analytical and focused individual with a strong operational & strategic mind set with an aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
