Role: Onboarding Manager (8-10 Years Exp)
Location: Pune
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Pre and Post Onboarding
Delineate new hires about the initial activities as well as responding to their queries if any.
Emailing new hires with details regarding the company, their work schedules and operatingprocedures, etc.
Compiling and maping all the paperwork related to new hires, including the contracts and confidentiality agreements.
Providing new hires with manuals, guidelines, passwords, and other details as per their requirements.
Furnish new hires with the necessary technical assistance in order to carry out their hardware and software requirements.
Managing a team which is responsible for new hire onboarding across PAN India.
Creating innovative solutions to enhance new hire engagement from Offer accept to Onboard.
Tracking and reporting onboarding performance using appropriate metrics.
Evaluating new joiners’ feedback & craft action plans on the developmental areas.
Publishing onboarding reports and dashboards to the business leaders and top management.
FUNCTIONAL & BEHAVIOURAL KNOWLEDGE
MBA/PGDM (Advertising/Mass Communication, HR/Industrial Relations)
Excellent Communication Skills
Ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer any question a potential hire may have
Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally
8- 10 Years of Experience in Onboarding Process
