You’ll be responsible for: -

  • Gathering, Solution Architecture - Designs, Implementation, Testing, Installations and Production Support.

  • Handling meetings and discussions with application stakeholders for gathering migration requirements and enhancements.

  • Customizing OIM connectors like Active Directory, EBS, GTC, REST & Database.

  • Involving in Provisioning & Reconciliation of users from trusted resource like Active Directory, Directory, EBS & Database.

  • Working on various Directory Servers like Active Directory, Oracle Internet Directory

  • Integrating OIM with Active Directory, Exchange servers and Oracle Internet Directory.

  • Developing a custom connector to provision and reconcile users from AD, OUD.

  • Developing custom event handlers, schedule tasks, adapter code for extending the functionality of OIM and its connectors.

  • Designing and developing custom approval workflows using SOA composite.

  • Configuring Role based access control and Password policies.

  • Involving in troubleshooting various issues involving provisioning and entity adapters.

  • Build various POC (proof of concept) as per the requirement.

  • Developing enhancements for existing AD User Target Recon for getting all the attributes changed directly in AD with notification of old values along with new attribute values

  • Deploying OOTB connectors like PeopleSoft, Generic REST, GTC, Workday and Oracle DB

  • Bulk load users, roles and accounts.



  • Typically has 8+ years of experience in OAM Support.

  • Experienced in implementation, development of Identity Management products with hands on experience in implementation and management of Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), and Oracle Internet Directory (OID).

  • Experience in designing, developing, securing and consuming Web services using SOA (Restful Web services).

  • Worked in end-to-end implementation of IAM solutions using Oracle's suite of Identity and Access Management and connecting with LDAP directories and database, setting up and maintaining provisioning and reconciliation procedures with different trusted and target systems.

  • Experience with single node and clustered implementations of IDM.

  • Involved in end-to-end implementation of IAM solution using Oracle's suite of Identity and Access Management.

  • Worked on development of OIM customizations such as Schedule Jobs, Event Handlers, Plugins, and Approval Workflows according to business needs.

  • Experience in developing applications utilizing Java, J2EE Technologies (Servlets, JSP, Java Web Services, EJB), JDK, Java Applets, JDBC, XML, JavaScript, HTML, DHTML

  • Worked extensively on OIM API's to achieve various use cases related to user life cycle management.

  • Enabling SSL or TLS for OIM and import the security certificates.

  • Performing OIM Application Pre-patch, Conflict Analysis for Quarterly PSU and other required patches.
